During term time, a Children's Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) is held each Sunday at 9am mass at Sacred Heart Church, Sandgate.

Volunteers from our Youth Group are rostered to provide an alternative way of communicating the message of the readings of the day to our young children during mass.

All children wishing to participate join their families in the church for 9am mass and then, proceed to the altar when called by Father. They are then led by the leaders to the Sandgate Parish Hall just next door to the church where they participate in activities relating to the teaching of the day.

The children are then led back to the church to rejoin the congregation during Offertory.
